ATIMA LIVE Member Portal Troubleshooting

We expect and anticipate that your experience with the ATI LIVE Member Portal will be valuable, rewarding, and from a technical point-of-view, trouble-free… However, with a membership site which hosts countless instructional and live class replays (and constantly growing), and serving this exclusive content to hundreds of members at any given time, the technical complications can be significant.

Unfortunately this means that occasionally there will be glitches in the system. This could possibly relate to logging in, page/video loading times, and being served the content in a way it was designed to be served.

Rest assured that if and when these issues may arise, we will be working feverishly in the background to rectify any bugs, and give you the membership experience you deserve.

To date, we have pin-pointed some issues that a few members have been experiencing. Fortunately these are relatively easy to navigate and we have provided a troubleshooting guide found below to help if you are experiencing any similar problems.

I can't remember my password

We get it... Too many passwords to remember, right 🙂 There are 2 things that you can do:

  1. Simply hit the "Lost your password?" link on the login page. You will then be sent instructions on how to change your password.
  2. Perhaps the easiest method is to hit the "Send me a one-time login link" on the login page. You will receive an email with a login link. This method can be used whenever you login if you wish.
I cannot click on any links inside the member area

This seems to be caused by a browser "cookie" issue... Four things you may try:

  1. The first (and easiest) thing to try is to simply close the browser/browser window, then reopen browser and navigate to member portal again. This seems to resolve the problem in most cases.
  2. Delete "cookies" from whichever browser you are using (this can usually be found in the security or history settings area of the browser), then reload the page.
  3. Log out, then log back in.
  4. Use the "private" or "incognito" browser window options when opening your member portal session. These browser windows don't allow cookies to start with.
The Welcome area of the Member Portal is visible but no other member content is available

This is generally caused by 3 things. Try theses fixes:

  • Make sure you are properly logged-in. If you see the “Sign in” link top right of the page, this means you are not logged in. Proceed to log in.
  • If the link at the top right of screen says “Account”, it means that you are logged-in but a browser cookie issue may recognise you as being logged-out. Simply log out and log back in again or close the browser, and open a new session.
  • You may be a past member but not have a current active subscription. In this case simply contact “billing” and arrange for your billing and membership to be reestablished and you will be able to re-register your ATI Live Member subscription.
I have used the new registration links found in my ATI email, completed the registration, but still can't log in

I am getting strange error messages when attempting the registration process

I have registered using the ATI Member registration link but have not received any further email regarding my access details

If this automated email hasn't hit your inbox in a few minutes, please go ahead and check your spam or junk folders. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to come through. The email title will be “ATI Martial Arts Team” and the subject will be “Your ATIMA Live membership Access Details”. Although most times these “lost” emails will be found in the spam/junk folders, in the case where it has not been received at all, please let us know and we can manually provide you with your access details.

I have forgotten my log-in password

Simply click on the “forgot password” link on the login page, and follow the prompts in the email you receive.

The Email and password combination are not allowing me to log-in

Check your original email received after registering and make sure you are using the correct email address. If you suspect that you may be using an incorrect password, simply click on the “forgot password” link on the login page, and follow the prompts in the email you receive.
